ESC-ESS JAM 2023 Registration Deadlines and Fees

Early bird registration ends August 25, and online registration ends October 1. All in-person registrations must be made at the JAM registration desk with payment via cash or cheque.

Discount coupon codes will be provided to members of the (ESS) who are not also members of the ESC. If you wish to join either society please proceed to their respective web sites. If you have not received your ESS Discount Coupon Code please contact the Secretary or Treasurer of the ESS.

Cancellation: $50 charge for cancellation on or before Sept. 15; $150 charge for cancellation thereafter.

¹Full conference registration includes 4 days of conference activities (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) refreshment breaks, receptions, and banquet.  Breakfast is not included with any registration type.

²To qualify for member rates, registrant must be a member of the ESC and/or ESS at the time of registration.

³Single day registration does not include a banquet ticket.
